This machine is used to laminate bopp, pet, pe, cpp, paper, aluminum foil, non woven etc. It is widely used in food packaging.

Features

1. Unwind air shaft is controlled by powder brake, auto splicing and cutting

2. Rewind air shaft is controlled by torque motor, auto splicing and cutting

3. Each unwind has two EPC device to prevent the material from moving left or right.

4. Each unwind has auto tension control

5. Pneumatic oven open and close, length 9 meters.

6. Constant hot air drying and recycled system, air circulation system, waste air exhausting tunnel

7. EPC at the oven exit ensures the material not moving left and right during speeding after heating.

8. Gluing with anilox roller which is shaftless installation

9. Pneumatic pressing roller, pneumatic heavy type doctor blade

10. Lamination part is controlled by inverter motor,lamination roller is heated by heat-conducted oil

11. Floating roller can micro adjust the tension during machine running.

12. Cooling roller to cool the material after lamination to make the laminating material more firm.
