Machine brief introduction:
1.KPEB-700-W model corrugated paper envelope bag partly glue applying bag making machine, corrugated paper bag machine for short. This machine can make a finished courier envelope/bag by the process of two independent unwinding rack, corrugated paper corrugating lamination machine, crosswise partly glue applying, folding and heat sealing and sealing. The whole process of bag making can finish at one time. And there should be a cross width code mark which size is 5x40mm, please propose if you can’t print it.
2. The The glue for second time heat seal after folding must be secondary opening glue which is non-sticky glue after cooling or air drying.
Ⅰ.Brief Introduction:
1. This machine is special designed for making corrugated paper envelope bag.
2. Bag making method: Loading the two layers of kraft paper on the unwinding rack , forming the corrugated paper from the paper corrugating and lamination machine, applying glue on crosswise bag edge sealing part in the process of moving forward, roller type single folding or double folding, apply red strip, three times of mechanical heat sealing, two times of mechanical cold pressing, roll pressing the easy tear line, cold cutting etc. And then make a standard corrugated paper courier envelopes.
3. This machine uses multi point advanced motion controller technology. The whole machine is equipped with 7 servo system. It is controlled by computer program from film unwinding to cutting. This machine is a high-quality, easy-operational and professional one to make good-looking, durable and environment-friendly bags.

1. Functions:
This machine can make the corrugated paper bag in one line or double lines, it has functions such as apply red strip, press easy tear line etc.
2. Bag Size：
One line, 450mm (bag width) x 650mm( bag height, with flap)
Two lines, 400mm( bag width)x 350mm(bag height, with flap)
3. Bag speed:
The highest mechanical speed is 20 meters per minute, that is, the speed is 50 pcs/min when the bag width is 400mm.
Highest mechanical action frequency is 60 cuts/min.
When make in double line, maximum speed is 120 pcs/min.
4. Machine overall Dimension：
20 meters long, 2.2 meters high, 4 meters wide.
III. Main Configuration:(from cutter part to material unwinding part)
1. Main control
The computer for main control adopts the Chinese brand“YIKONG” multi point motion control system, and adopts the most advanced bus control technology in the world. 7 servo motors are linked in a closed loop (Chinese "ZHENGXIAN"), and one is a stepper motor (Chinese "HANQIAO") for precise movement of the cutter. Touch Human-Machine Interface (Chinese "WEINVIEW").
2. Sealing
Five sets of mechanical driven type sealing knives, three of them are for heat sealing and the rest two are for cold pressing.
3. Roller folding
This part is for folding the material which across the crosswise applying glue part.
4. lengthways and crosswise apply glue
Two work position for apply glue, equipped with one set of double lines glue machine and one set of single line glue machine. They are separately for applying glue on the bag edge and bag flap. The crosswise apply glue on bag edge on driven by the servo motor.
5.Unwinding
This machine has two independent hydraulic lifting type unwinding rack, equipped with magnetic automatic tension system and two set of 3 inches air shaft.(One equipped on the machine, the other one as spare parts.) Computer automatic rectify the deviation, multi roller redundancy following type automatically feed the material. The maximum diameter of unwinding is φ1200mm, and the maximum width of unwinding is 1200mm.
Ⅳ.Supporting facilities:（The buyer supply)
1.Power: 3-phase 4-wire AC380V 50Hz and ground earth (notes: The steel diameter must be 30-50mm, the length is more than 1.5m directly put into the ground, and there should be a line conductor which more than 4 square mm leads to upside of ground) Strictly forbid the null line connecting the machine.
2. Installation filed: The buyer must make sure the ground is hard enough to support the machine run stably after installation and debugging. And to avoid the ground settlement that make the machine work abnormal or broken.
